Red Knight Summer Camps
The objective of each Red Knight Camp is to involve girls in a variety of safe and fun summer activities. Our all-girls setting creates a joyful,
supportive environment where campers feel comfortable trying new things, building skills, and making great friends.
All IWA summer camp activities are based on the components of wellness:
physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, and social.
Campers will venture into art rooms, onto center court, and out to the sports fields—led by experienced and caring IWA faculty/staff professionals.
Staying for two camps in one day? Just pack a lunch and spend the day with us!

Lights, camera, action! Step into the spotlight and explore the exciting world of theater. Campers will learn acting techniques, stage presence, and creative storytelling through improv games and scene work. Whether you love performing or want to build confidence on stage, this camp is a great place to express yourself, make new friends, and bring your creativity to life.

Let your creativity shine! In this fun and welcoming camp, you'll explore exciting art projects including painting, drawing, and sculpture. Whether you're already an artist or just love being creative, you'll enjoy experimenting with new materials, learning new techniques, and creating pieces you’ll be proud of.

Join the Red Knights softball team for four days of drills, games, and skill-building fun! Campers will work on hitting, fielding, throwing, and game strategy while learning from IWA coaches and players.

Camp will be held at the IWA softball field behind campus next to the tennis courts. Please bring a water bottle, glove, bat, and cleats or turf shoes. No metal cleats allowed on the turf field.
RegisterGrab your racket and hit the courts! Campers will train with IWA coaches and players while developing tennis fundamentals through drills, games, and scrimmages—while building confidence on the court.

RegisterGet ready to mix, bake, and decorate! In this delicious hands-on camp, campers will learn how to bake and decorate cookies and cupcakes while discovering fun baking techniques. You'll even get to take your creations home throughout the week! Campers will also learn how recipes can be adapted for different dietary needs.

Ready to take your game to the next level? This camp focuses on skill development, teamwork, and learning how to apply those skills in real game situations. Campers will train with Head Coach Dan Rolfes, his staff, and IWA players while improving fundamentals like shooting, ball handling, passing, and defense.

You'll learn about photography, video creation, personal branding, and responsible social media use. By the end of the week, you'll have the tools to create fun and engaging content like a pro!

Kick, pass, and score! Join the Red Knights soccer staff for a fun and energetic camp designed to help players improve their soccer fundamentals. Campers will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork through drills and small-sided games.

Take your volleyball skills to the next level! This camp focuses on both the basic fundamentals of the game and more advanced techniques. Campers will work on passing, serving, attacking, defense, and team play through drills and game-like scenarios. It’s perfect for players who want a balance of competitive play and high-quality instruction to prepare for the high school level.

This camp introduces young players to the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun and supportive environment. Designed for incoming freshmen, this camp helps players transition into the expectations of high school volleyball.
