Description: This camp is both an introduction to the fun of running cross country and a good opportunity to learn a little bit about fitness and conditioning. The camp is designed for beginner runners--no experience necessary--and will incorporate more than just running. Come ready to have fun and get inspired! Please identify any health concerns to coach, and please be sure to bring a water bottle.
Description: This camp is intended to introduce aspects of the game as an incoming high school athlete and what to expect in a high school sports setting. It will be geared to improve the fundamental aspects of the game through various elements and competitive game-like play. It will cover various skill sets such as, but not limited to: serving, passing, attacking, defense, blocking, and the overall team concept within a high school structured system. *Includes Camp T-Shirt
Description: This camp is for returning IWA players entering grades 10 through 12 ONLY! It is intended to improve fundamental aspects of the game through advanced elements and competitive game-like play. It is for the high school athlete who is ready to not only focus on the basic elements needed to be successful on the court, but who is also ready to learn some new advanced skills such as jump serving, shot placement, defensive strategies, quick offensive play and advanced blocking techniques. It will include varied conditioning techniques such as speed, agility, jumping, balance and strength training. *Includes Camp T-Shirt
