Description: The Camp will include instruction in the five (5) basic skills of the sport, to include competitive game playing and drills that combine the basic skills in “game like” situations. Camp participants will be grouped so that they play at comparable skill levels to include beginners through more advanced. The school will provide lacrosse sticks and protective eye gear for those players that do not already have the required equipment. The camp will be taught by the IWA Varsity Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach with the help of selected varsity lacrosse players from the IWA team.

Description: The goal of this camp is to provide young student female athletes an opportunity to learn and develop the fundamental skills of soccer through quality instruction. Skills will be taught in a large group setting and a one-on-one basis. The focus will be on training and execution of soccer techniques and tactics under pressure of an opponent and game conditions. Campers will be assisted by current IWA Coaches, current IWA Players, and IWA Alumnae. Make sure to bring water!

Description: This camp is both an introduction to the fun of running cross country and a good opportunity to learn a little bit about fitness and conditioning. The camp is designed for beginner runners--no experience necessary--and will incorporate more than just running. Come ready to have fun and get inspired! It will be geared to improve the fundamental aspects of the game through various elements and competitive game-like play. Description: This camp is for returning IWA players entering grades 10 through 12 ONLY! It is intended to improve fundamental aspects of the game through advanced elements and competitive game-like play. It is for the high school athlete who is ready to not only focus on the basic elements needed to be successful on the court, but who is also ready to learn some new advanced skills such as jump serving, shot placement, defensive strategies, quick offensive play and advanced blocking techniques. It will include varied conditioning techniques such as speed, agility, jumping, balance and strength training. *Includes Camp T-Shirt
