IWA Fall Sports Tryouts 2026
August 2026

All new and returning sports participants are required to have a completed physical and MSHSAA Yearly Participation Forms on file. In accordance with Missouri State High School Athletic Association rules, your daughter will NOT be allowed to tryout until all forms are completed and submitted to Incarnate Word Academy. NO EXCEPTIONS! MSHSAA forms must be filled out every year. Physicals are good for 2 years unless your physician indicates otherwise. Click on the buttons below to download and print forms.

After the last date of tryouts, practices will begin.  Each individual coach will disseminate a practice schedule.

Scan and email forms to Sarah Klassing.  Please include your daughters name and grade level.
