Incarnate Word Academy is committed to cultivating an inclusive, harmonious environment where all students, faculty, and staff feel welcomed and respected while celebrating that each person is a creation of God.

OEI Philosophy is to:

• Empower students to become equitable and inclusive leaders of their community and the increasingly diverse and global world.
• Develop initiatives that help students understand, embrace, and advocate for equity and inclusion.
• Recognize the importance of continual learning for students, faculty, and staff in order to strengthen OEI efforts at IWA utilizing best practices and benchmarking.
• Create a positive and friendly environment where our students, faculty, staff, alumnae and families feel welcomed, included and respected as the heart of our greater community.
