Incarnate Word is a Catholic, private, female, college preparatory school housing grades 9-12. Founded by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, the school is accredited by AdvancED/North Central Association of College and Secondary Schools.

Entrance Criteria:
A committee comprised of the Principal, Assistant Academic Principal, Admissions Director, Learning Consultant, Guidance Department and the chair of the Math and English Departments review each application. Students must receive mostly A's and B's on their report cards and must have limited tardies and absentees.

Graduates:
99% of IWA graduates go on to colleges and universities.
