Dr. Randy Mikolas
President

Ext 104

Randy Berzon-Mikolas Ph.D. has been a Catholic administrator for over twenty five years. She came to Incarnate Word Academy as the assistant principal.  She taught an English class, started the Cross Country program and began a life long passion for assisting the growth of young women. After eight years, she became the administrator of John F. Kennedy Catholic High School where the enrollment went from 300 to over 500. Nine years ago, she came back to Incarnate Word Academy. When asked about transition from a co-ed setting back to a single gender school, Dr. Berzon-Mikolas indicated, “I began teaching English at St. Mary’s High School (all boys), before I became an administrator. I honestly believe that single sex education has many more advantages than co-educational opportunities; I hope to remain in this setting until I retire.” Dr. Berzon-Mikolas is married to a grade school principal and has two grown daughters and a grandson.
